Connect & Create

Calling all adults! Are you tired of doomscrolling? Are you looking for an excuse to get off your couch and meet new people? Then join other like-minded adults in the Close Community Room every second Tuesday, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, for Connect & Create. Participate in a guided craft project or make a new recipe. We'll provide all the materials. Or, if you'd rather, simply work on a puzzle, relax with a coloring book, or just bring your knitting and hang out. Upcoming Schedule: OCTOBER 13 - BATTLE OF THE BOOS: Upcycle an old wine bottle into a decorative ghost, monster, or pumpkin and add lights. NOVEMBER 10 - GRATITUDE TREES: Make a gratitude tree out of tree branches and paper tags. DECEMBER 8 - KINUSAIGA: Make a unique kinusaiga fabric art piece to keep for yourself or give as a gift. Registration is required for each session of Connect & Create and closes the day before the session. This program is open to patrons ages 14 and up.
