Upcycled Halloween Figurines

Head to The Teen Library on Tuesday, October 6th, at 4:30 pm to make some unique Halloween decorations! We'll have a variety of thrift store figurines available for you to spookify with paint and other supplies. This program is open to teens in middle and high school.
