Connect & Create

Calling all adults! Are you tired of doomscrolling? Are you looking for an excuse to get off your couch and meet new people? Then join other like-minded adults in the Close Community Room every second Tuesday, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, for Connect & Create. Participate in a guided craft project or make a new recipe. We'll provide all the materials. Or, if you'd rather, simply work on a puzzle, relax with a coloring book, or just bring your knitting and hang out. Upcoming Schedule: JANUARY 12 - MOON BUTTON NECKLACES: Make a moon-shaped pendant necklace out of buttons. FEBRUARY 9 - VALENTINE GNOMES: Make a Valentine-themed gnome from socks and felt. MARCH 9 - TEACUP GARDENS: Create a mini garden inside actual teacups. Registration is required for each session of Connect & Create and closes the day before the session. This program is open to patrons ages 14 and up.
