DIY Witch's Hats

Stop by The Teen Library on Tuesday, October 20th, to make a wearable Halloween craft. From 4:30 to 5:30 pm, we'll be taking plain witch's hats and making them even cooler by decorating them with beads, a variety of fabrics, and other craft supplies. This program is open to teens in middle and high school.
